Why We Built This
We started SimpleInboxes because we were tired of the same problems every cold email agency faces: overpriced inboxes on shared infrastructure, Indian IPs disguised as "premium," DNS setup that takes days instead of hours, and support that lives behind a ticket queue.
We needed something better for our own outreach — so we built it. Then other agencies asked if they could use it too.
What We Do
SimpleInboxes provisions Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace inboxes on isolated, US-based infrastructure. Every inbox comes with done-for-you DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX), warming enabled out of the box, and direct upload to your sending tool of choice.
We handle the boring, error-prone parts of cold email infrastructure so you can focus on writing copy, building lists, and closing deals.
