This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of all email inboxes, domains, and infrastructure provided by SimpleInboxes. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
2. Permitted Use
SimpleInboxes is designed for legitimate business-to-business (B2B) cold email outreach. Permitted uses include:
- B2B sales prospecting and lead generation
- Business development and partnership outreach
- Recruitment and hiring communications
- Event promotion to relevant business audiences
- Market research and feedback requests
3. Prohibited Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk email to purchased or scraped consumer lists
- Phishing: Sending deceptive emails designed to obtain sensitive information
- Malware distribution: Sending emails containing viruses, trojans, or malicious attachments
- Fraud: Impersonating another person or organization, or misrepresenting your identity
- Illegal content: Sending emails that promote illegal activities or violate any applicable laws
- B2C mass marketing: Sending promotional emails to individual consumers without consent
- Harassment: Sending threatening, abusive, or harassing communications
4. Sending Best Practices
To maintain high deliverability for all customers, we expect users to follow these best practices:
- Warm up new inboxes before sending at full volume
- Maintain reasonable daily sending limits per inbox
- Include a clear unsubscribe mechanism in all outreach
- Honor opt-out requests promptly
- Use accurate sender information and subject lines
- Monitor bounce rates and remove invalid addresses
5. Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your email campaigns comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM (United States), GDPR (European Union), CASL (Canada), and any other relevant anti-spam and data protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
6. Monitoring and Enforcement
We monitor platform usage to protect deliverability and detect abuse. If we identify a violation of this policy, we may take the following actions at our discretion:
- Issue a warning and request corrective action
- Temporarily suspend sending capabilities
- Permanently terminate the account without refund
- Report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities
7. Reporting Abuse
If you believe a SimpleInboxes customer is violating this policy, please contact us via WhatsApp. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
